Intellectual Property Portfolio

Purpose & Scope

This page exists to establish public record and provenance for ongoing work. It is intentionally sparse, factual, and incomplete.

I’m left-handed and think in methods and systems. I use spreadsheets and AI to test ideas and let data resolve disagreements.

This work reflects illustrative embodiments within a broader structural architecture concerned with baseline establishment, authority gating, and decision eligibility in systems where outcome integrity and structural efficiency are material. The underlying framework is domain-agnostic and applies wherever authority must be explicitly defined, stabilized, and traceable within a structured evidence environment. Implementation details and additional embodiments are limited to publicly available intellectual property filings.

This work rejects categorical labels that replace causal explanation with institutional or cultural convenience. It is concerned with behavioral analysis and system design. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or medical decision-making. Where disease framing or medical framing is discussed, it is addressed strictly as a methodological and epistemic constraint, i.e., how labels function as descriptions rather than causes, without asserting clinical determinations or medical classifications.

Nothing on this site is medical advice; where medical assessment is indicated, clinical judgment governs.

Epistemic Constraints

Neither abuse nor addiction are diseases.

Obesity is not treated as a disease within this work.

Within this work, “abuse,” “addiction,” and “obesity” are treated as descriptive labels rather than causal explanations. Abuse refers to observable behavioral patterns shaped by conditioning, reinforcement, and context. Addiction is a summary label applied to recurring abuse over time. “Obesity” refers to an observable outcome state used for measurement and modeling.

Framing abuse, addiction, or obesity as a disease substitutes classification for causality and terminates meaningful inquiry.

Within this work, disease-based models are not used as primary causal explanations. Instead, behavioral analysis is grounded in conditioning, reinforcement dynamics, environmental context, baseline stabilization, and feedback structure.

Medical expertise is recognized where physiological risk, injury, or stabilization is required. Behavioral causality, however, is not delegated to categorical disease classification.

Design Constraints

This work is incompatible with systems that prioritize short-term stabilization through substitution while obscuring underlying cross-domain dynamics.

The architecture is designed to preserve baseline signal integrity and to surface interdependencies rather than suppress them.

The methods implemented require direct engagement with measurable patterns across domains and do not rely on isolated interventions that externalize cost or bypass feedback structures.

What follows is a factual listing of trademark and patent applications associated with ongoing work. Details are intentionally limited.
